I’m a licensed Realtor with an approved NMLS license for mortgage lending, which allows me to approach real estate with a strong understanding of how lending and real estate work together. This perspective helps my clients structure smarter deals by looking beyond just the purchase price, balancing terms, concessions, cash to close, and long-term goals.

I also take a modern, strategic approach to marketing. By leveraging social media strategy, targeted advertising, and custom automations, I’m able to get listings in front of more qualified buyers. More eyes lead to more showings, and more showings create stronger demand and better offers.

My experience includes real estate investing, spec home development, and land development, including working with county divisions to split large parcels into buildable lots. This big-picture experience allows me to guide buyers, sellers, investors, and builders with clarity, especially in more complex situations.

I’m hands-on throughout the entire process and serve as a guide, advisor, negotiator, and problem-solver. My goal is for every client to feel protected, informed, and confident knowing I always have their best interests at heart.
